We absolutely loved Gordon & Jill!! They were so professional and friendly! Jill was in constant contact through email. Jill & Gordon were great! We first saw them in action and saw their work when friends of ours got married almost 2 years ago. After seeing the finished photo album and hearing the good things our friends had to say, we met with them and ended up hiring them. Jill and Gordon were ABSOLUTELY wonderful. They put me and my wishes above all else, and really wanted to make sure I as getting everything I wanted out my of my pictures. They were so professional, and I loved that they offered you two photogaphers. They were able to capture both my husband and I getting ready which was really important to me. Not to mention that there were so many shots to chose from. The album that they produce is so incredible. It is unlike anything I have seen before. It is a magazine style album so the photos are layered and go over the entire page as oppose to just 4x6 standard photos. They are so wonderful, they even delivered it to me so that it would not get damaged in transit. Ilooked into many photographers and their prices were by far the best and I am lucky to have found them. If anyone is looking for a photographer you MUST call Jill and Gordon. HappyBuddy Photo Art did an amazing job with our wedding! We couldn't be happier! We received MULTIPLE compliments on the wonderful job they had done with our photos...and those were just the proofs!! We live in St. Charles, about 45 minutes West of Chicago, and had our wedding ceremony at St. Mark's Lutheran Church and our reception at The Historic Hotel Baker. Jill and Gordon showed up at our church right on time, as promised. The neat thing about them working as a pair is that Gordon was able to be with the guys getting ready, and Jill was able to be with me, the bride, and my group of girls while we were getting ready. You really are paying for one photographer, but getting two for the price of one. As we all know, it's expensive with wedding planning, but the prices were actually very resonable. During the ceremony and the reception, we didn't even see Jill or Gordon...but then when looking through our proofs, we saw they were there because they didn't miss a thing!!! They captured things that Brian and I forgot we even did! It was great! But they are not the pushy, in your face, make you pose for a photo - type photographers! We LOVED them! The books they put together for you and your spouse are amazing! They give you the choice of picking out your own photos, and they will do the rest of the work.

Please feel free to call Jill and Gordon and request our phone number if you'd like to speak with us. However, I am telling you that you WILL NOT be disappointed. They are excellent. The quality of service is beyond what you will pay for. Also, they are really QUICK with responding to you. I would email Jill at 8:00am, and she'd respond 20 minutes later. So fast!

What can I say! My husband and I were SO pleased with HappyBuddy Photo! From the beginning they were very professional and accommodating, traveling all the way to the south side to meet me for my first consultation. On the wedding day, they were so discrete, we didn't even see them, and yet they managed to take all of the shots that we wanted. The pictures are very high quality and absolutely stunning! They look like they were taken from a magazine. Jill is also very responsive to emails and will get back to you right away if you have any questions. My wife and I married in Chicago about a year and a half ago, and we are still getting compliments on our wedding photos. Gordon and Jill did such a great job. They were very thoughtful and also very informative. They gave us some great words of advice that really helped us out.

My friend introduced me happybuddy photo for our wedding, and we were VERY happy with the package price, the service and of course the photos. They took excellent photos, and we received good compliments on our pictures from our guests as well. All photos were available within a week after the wedding.
Also, They are very nice people and easy to talk to, and people received the photos within a week after ordering. Our wedding album is customized in a way that it is telling a story, and friends and family who saw our wedding album loved it. They also have a number of photo packages, so that you can figure out exactly what you want and keep within your budget. They are also so nice! Happy Buddy is so talented and amazing to work with. They were flexible to meet our budget and they did such an amazing job. We really did not want a bunch of posing shots, but we wanted them to tell a story with their pictures, more of a photojournalist perspective. This is exactly what they did.
